AVD emitter for lithium-ion battery fires
Using the new fire extinguishing agent "AVD Fire Extinguishing Agent" developed by AVDFire in the UK for lithium-ion battery fires!
We would like to introduce our "AVD Sprayer for Lithium-Ion Battery Fires." The mist emitted absorbs heat from the burning material and cools it down, while the fine particles of vermiculite contained within cover the surface of the burning material. The overlapping plate-like particles form a membrane. This continuous action blocks the burning material from oxygen, suppressing the fire and enabling extinguishment. The AVD extinguishing agent is an AQUOS VERMICULITE DISPERSION water-based vermiculite (expanded mica) dispersion, which is one of the extinguishing agents listed in Japan's Fire Service Act. After spraying, it is PFAS-free.
